  1. After initially penning this, I discussed this with some colleagues and they clued me in on something I was unaware of …and apparently many others are too. NASA built its own BlackBerry network and this is what our US Officials who are mobile users leverage to keep it all secure and confined within our territory. With this network operational, no such routed call would ever make its way up to Canadian jurisdiction as most BlackBerry calls do by us mere mortals.
