Breast Cancer Ride 2009 – post ride reflections

Regarding the June 14′th Ride Cincinnati cycling event that Team Wheel Freedom – Breast Cancer Riders as a part of 1,600 riders participated in:

 

 

The team raised $1,750 collectively amonst 19 riders.  Very nice and thanks to the team for a great ride experience.

As a fundraising event for breast cancer research, the group will aim to do what it can to support the worthy cause.  Statistically one in eight women is detected with Breast Cancer during their lifetime; so there is a very tangible need for the funding of this research.  So feel free though to raise some serious money for this worthy cause that spends the money right in Cincinnati at the Barrett Cancer Center.
