Exchange System Manager in Exchange Server 2003 stops responding when you try to access Exchange Help after you install Internet Explorer 7

Well if ever you have Help crash when you open it from within the Exchange System Manager and you have IE 7 installed, you can fix it with the following KB.  Basically there is a single lone .dll file that needs renamed but first and last you have to stop/start a list of services.
